Founding beta · now inviting couples

Two goals.
One healthier journey.

Love in Motion is a fitness and nutrition app for couples. Each of you tracks your own meals, macros and workouts toward your own goals. Then you choose what to share and what to chase together.

Why we're building this

Most fitness apps are built for one person.

Couples share kitchens, schedules and grocery runs. They rarely share the same calorie needs, training level or goals. Trying to get healthier together usually means two apps, double the logging, and awkward conversations.

Two apps, twice the work

You cook one dinner and log it twice, in two different apps that never talk to each other.

Same meal, different goals

One of you is building muscle and the other is training for endurance. The same plate has to fit two sets of targets.

Support that turns into comparison

Shared tracking can slide into comparing numbers and bodies. Encouragement should feel good, never like a scoreboard.

How it works

Your own plan, with a partner in your corner.

Step 1

Set your own goals

Create your account and set your own calorie and macro targets. Your plan is yours and doesn't have to match your partner's.

Step 2

Invite your partner

Send a secure invite link. Nothing connects until your partner accepts, and either of you can disconnect at any time.

Step 3

Choose what to share

Each of you decides what the other can see. Share completed workouts and keep your food diary private, or any mix you like.

Step 4

Move together

Start a shared goal or challenge with clear rules and a time frame. Cheer each other on and celebrate the streaks.

What's inside

Simple tracking that doesn't get in the way.

Just you

Food & macro logging

Log a meal with its portion, calories, protein, carbs and fat. Edit or delete anything, anytime.

Just you

Daily totals

See what you've eaten today against your own targets, so you know what's left.

Just you

Workout logging

Record exercises, sets, reps and weight, or just the duration. Mark it done and move on.

Together

Shared goals & challenges

Set a weekly activity goal or a 30-day challenge. Track each person's progress without exposing anything else.

Together

Sharing controls

Choose, category by category, what your partner can see. Change your mind whenever you want.

Just you

History & progress

Look back at your meals and workouts by date, with simple summaries of how your weeks are going.

Privacy by design

Private by default. Shared by choice.

Connecting with your partner doesn't mean they can see everything. Each of you keeps your own account, and nothing personal is shared until you turn it on.

  • Private until you share itWeight, measurements, food diary, calories, macros, personal goals and detailed workout history.
  • Enforced behind the scenesPrivacy rules are built into how your data is stored, not just hidden on a screen.
  • Reversible, every timeTurn sharing off and access ends right away. Disconnect or delete your account whenever you want.

Try it: what does your partner see?

Flip the switches. These are the default settings for a new account.

Your partner can see
Made for

Couples who want to support each other, without having to match.

Gym-focused couples

You both lift, track macros and care about consistency. You want fast logging, your own targets and a reason to show up together.

"We train together. We shouldn't need two apps for it."

Different-goal partners

One of you is building strength and the other is chasing endurance or a healthier routine. Separate targets, same team.

"Same dinner, different plates."

Healthy-habit beginners

Detailed trackers feel like a lot. You want small goals, clear progress and someone in your corner.

"Let's just start with three walks a week."

Our promise

Encouragement, never comparison.

Love in Motion is built to make healthy habits easier to build together. It is not a contest between partners, and it never asks you to measure yourself against anyone else.

  • We celebrateShowing up, streaks, finished workouts and goals you hit together.
  • We respectDifferent bodies, different goals and your right to keep things private.
  • We avoidShame, guilt, leaderboards between partners and side-by-side body stats.
  • We're notA medical or diet program. For medical or nutrition needs, talk to a qualified professional.

Founding beta

Help shape Love in Motion from day one.

We're inviting a small group of couples to use the app early and tell us what works and what doesn't. Your feedback decides what we build next.

  • Early access before public launch
  • Short feedback chats with the founders
  • A real say in the features we build next

We'll only use your email to contact you about the Love in Motion beta. No spam. Unsubscribe anytime.

Questions

Good to know.

Can my partner see my weight or what I eat?

Not unless you choose to share it. Weight, measurements, your food diary, calories and macros are private by default. Accepting a partner invite only connects your accounts. It doesn't share your data.

Do we need to have the same goals?

No. Each of you sets your own targets. Shared goals are optional, and you both have to agree to join one.

What happens if we disconnect?

Your partner's access to anything you shared ends right away. Your own records stay in your account. We'll explain exactly what happens to shared goals before you confirm.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account and personal records whenever you want, and we'll explain what happens to anything you shared with your partner.

Is this a diet or medical program?

No. Love in Motion is a general wellness tool for tracking habits and supporting each other. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe or replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian.

How much will it cost?

We haven't set pricing yet. We're learning what couples find most valuable first. Beta members will hear about pricing before anyone else.

When can we start?

We're opening the founding beta to a small group of couples first. Join the list and we'll email you when your invite is ready.
